When and where do I get my Insurance ID Card?

Immediately following activation and registration, you can obtain your Insurance ID Card without delay. Simply visit any hospital that is connected to the Tiva Network, or a pharmacy or Tiva shop within our network where the "Tiva is Available Here" banner is displayed. At these locations, you can easily acquire your insurance ID card. If there are multiple beneficiaries, each one can collect their Tiva Health ID card individually from any Tiva shop, pharmacy, or hospital at a time that suits them best.
