How to submit your names, address, and Identities?

Once you activate your health insurance as the policyholder, you and your dependents have several options for registration. The most efficient and convenient method is to register through your Tiva Health account on the https://Tiva.co.tz website or by using the Tiva Health Tanzania App. This process entails scanning your ID, taking a photo, and submitting your fingerprints (if utilizing the App). Another option is to visit any hospital, pharmacy, or Tiva shop within our network that displays the "Tiva is Available Here" banner to obtain your insurance ID card. Each beneficiary, if there are multiple, can collect their Tiva Health ID card from any Tiva shop, pharmacy, or hospital at their convenience. To complete the registration for yourself and each dependent, the following documents are required: a National Identification Authority Card (NIDA CARD), passport, or any other government-issued identification; your insurance account number and secret dependent code, which were provided upon activation of your health insurance package. It's important to note that your dependents do not need a registered Mobile Money number for insurance receipt or activation; any registered mobile number is sufficient.
